Efrat is an environmental manager who specializes in the development and operation of environmental management ystems in large scale infrastructure and industrial projects. An expert in environmental regulation. Efrat established Giraffe in 2015 and serves as environmental manager in mega transportation projects. Prior to Giraffe, Efrat served as environmental consultant in Royal HaskoningDHV, specialized in environmental policy.

More than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, Itai has a broad and in-depth knowledge of nvironmental regulation and policy in Israel. Extensive experience in managing complex environmental projects ncluding environmental impact assessments (EIA) ,water resource management, solid waste, contaminated soils, and cleantech development. In his previous position, served as VP of Environmental Consulting in Israel at Royal HaskoningDHV International.

Yoella joined Giraffe in 2017, serves as environmental manager in transportation projects and head of the waste anagement field. Yoella has intensive experience in supervision and environmental management of mega projects, stablishment of the project's environmental management system, ongoing monitoring of compliance with equirements, management of consulting teams and implementation of environmental procedures among execution eams and management companies. 

Uri joined Giraffe in 2020, serves as environmental manager in Tel Aviv light train various projects, electrification of srael railway and conduct environmental supervision for Moria projects in Jerusalem. In addition Uri is in charge of nvironmental documents for transportation infrastructure and renewable energies projects. Prior to Giraffe, Uri erved as environmental consultant at Geo-Teva Company. Has vast environmental knowledge and holistic approach for environmental aspects.

Noa joined Giraffe in 2021. Noa manage the environmental supervision of Moria project and involved in municipal and griculture waste projects in Giraffe. Prior to Giraffe, Noa worked in the Environmental Protection Ministry, Producers responsibility department. Noa has high management skills, enabling effective management of projects.

Assaf joined Giraffe in 2021. Serves as environmental manger in Mega scale transportation infrastructure projects, and hazardous waste projects. Prior to Griaffe, Assaf worked in the environmental unit of Hertzelia City. Assaf brings high execution abilities, in depth understanding of the challenges of construction project and there for achieves high environmental results in projects in involved in.

Sarah joined Giraffe in 2022, serves as environmental manager in infrastructure and waste anagement projects – the under-ground section of the Green Line of Tel Aviv Light train, treatment of hazardous waste in industrial areas and others. Prior to Giraffe Sarah served as projects manager in HAZMAT company. Sarah has vast experience in environmental documents and hazardous materials projects.

Meital joined Giraffe in 2021, Responsible of HR, book keeping, customer relations and reports. Meital ‘s accuracy and high quality in preforming every task are the basis for all Giraffe’s activity.
