Environmental Management for the Green Line, Tel Aviv, Light Train

Construction of the underground section of the Green Line in Tel Aviv (4.5 km from Levinsky st. to Nordau st.) is a mega – project that brings many engineering and execution challenges. The main environmental aspects of the project include: soil and ground water contamination, construction waste, soil surpluses, trees protection and nuisances to residences – noise, vibrations and dust. Giraffe’s environmental team is leading to innovative solutions for soil and ground water sampling, noise monitoring, excess soil management to achieve high level of environmental quality and minimize nuisances to residents.
